Does Coach View replace the current Pitch AI app?
No. Coach View is an additional workspace inside the existing app. Athlete View remains unchanged, and users with both permissions can switch between them.
What if a player already pays for Pitch AI?
Joining a team never cancels or alters a personal Apple subscription. The team seat grants full access while the organization package is active; the athlete can separately manage a redundant personal subscription in Apple account settings.
How do coaches add and remove players?
A coach sends a secure email invitation. The player signs in with that address, accepts, and grants athlete or guardian consent. Removal immediately revokes organization access while preserving the athlete’s account and history.
Can Pitch AI change a coach-written workout?
Not silently. Readiness creates a visible recommendation. Coaches can require approval or allow defined lower-risk adjustments; high-risk flags still require review.
Does Coach View include messaging?
No. Coach View currently focuses on roster access, programming, readiness, calendars, alerts, billing, and permission safety.
Can coaches import a schedule photo or PDF?
Yes. AI/OCR can extract an editable draft only after the coach agrees to processing. Nothing reaches players until the coach reviews and confirms the draft.
