Global Dominance LLC ("Global Dominance," "Pitch AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Pitch AI: Throw Harder mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, retain, and otherwise process information about athletes, parents, coaches, trainers, and other users who access or use the Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Pitch AI: Throw Harder iOS application and to future versions we may make available on Android or other mobile platforms, unless a separate privacy notice is provided for a specific offering.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

2. Important Summary
Pitch AI is a throwing-development and training-management app for baseball athletes. In order to provide personalized programming, readiness tracking, biomechanics review, drill guidance, reminders, and support, we process a meaningful amount of personal information, including training information, wellness information, video content, and athlete profile information.

- We use that information to operate the app, personalize programming, provide biomechanics analysis, deliver reminders, support subscriptions, maintain leaderboards, respond to support requests, protect the Service, and improve our products.
- We use service providers, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, AI-processing, messaging, and platform providers, to help us operate the Service.
- We do not sell personal information for money.
- We do not use athlete training or wellness information for third-party behavioral advertising.
- Users can sign out, delete their account, and request additional privacy help by contacting support@pitch-ai.app.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and app activity, and from platform and service providers that help us operate the Service.
A. Account and Identity Information
We may collect:
- email address
- account credentials
- authentication tokens and session metadata
- name, preferred name, or display name
- Sign in with Apple data and related Apple account authentication information
- magic-link authentication information
- athlete identifier and account identifiers used internally
B. Athlete Profile and Intake Information
To provide individualized training recommendations, we may collect detailed athlete profile information, including:
- age
- height and weight
- dominant arm
- primary position
- throws/bats information
- playing level
- years pitching
- months played
- game frequency
- innings or equivalent workload information
- peak pitch-count and consecutive-day history
- goals, target dates, and training priorities
- facility, equipment, and scheduling constraints
- preferred throwing days
- holiday and reminder preferences
- next game and next-event timing data
C. Health, Wellness, Readiness, and Performance Information
Because the Service is built around throwing programming and workload management, we may collect information that may be considered health-related, wellness-related, or sensitive in some jurisdictions, including:
- pain status
- pain locations
- pain severity scores
- soreness ratings
- elbow, shoulder, and back pain check-in data
- sleep hours
- overall stress
- arm freshness
- readiness scores
- medication or injection history you choose to disclose
- physical therapy or medical supervision status
- surgery history and return-to-throw status
- notes you enter about symptoms, limitations, recovery, or performance
We use this information to tailor training recommendations, reduce planned throwing stress when risk markers appear, and improve athlete safety. We do not provide medical diagnosis, emergency services, or a substitute for professional medical care.
D. Screening, Assessment, and Coaching Information
We may collect screening and assessment inputs such as:
- mobility screening results
- power and strength screening inputs
- SOAP-style assessment information
- coaching summaries
- drill-priority tags
- plan and reassessment timing information
E. Training Program, Drill, and Session Information
We collect and generate information about your use of the Service and your training activity, including:
- generated programs
- six-week previews and block progressions
- session prescriptions
- session completion records
- exercise logs
- drill identifiers and drill titles
- throw counts
- average and peak velocities
- command work notes
- ball-weight information
- session notes
- recovery notes
- leaderboard-related performance information
F. Biomechanics Media and Analysis Information
If you use biomechanics review features, we may collect and process:
- uploaded videos and associated media files
- camera angle labels
- duration and frame-rate metadata
- biomechanical analysis output
- AI-generated summaries, cues, drill suggestions, and report content
- linked drill tags and priority-fix recommendations
G. Support and Communication Information
If you contact us, we may collect:
- your message content
- support topic and subject line
- support email address
- athlete ID or account information you provide
- records of communications with support
H. Device, Technical, and Usage Information
We and our service providers may automatically collect:
- device type
- operating system and version
- app version
- IP address and approximate network-derived region
- log data, diagnostics, crash information, and troubleshooting details
- push-notification token and notification settings
- time-zone settings relevant to reminders
I. Subscription and Platform Information
If subscriptions are offered or purchased through Apple or another platform operator, the platform operator processes billing. We do not receive full payment-card numbers. We may receive limited subscription or transaction metadata necessary to confirm entitlement status, manage access, address support issues, or comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- directly from you during account creation, onboarding, profile edits, support requests, check-ins, logging, and video uploads
- automatically when you use the Service
- from Apple and other platform providers when you authenticate, install, subscribe, or enable notifications
- from our infrastructure and service providers that host, store, transmit, or process information on our behalf
5. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- create and manage user accounts
- authenticate users and maintain sessions
- generate individualized training programs
- tailor throwing plans based on profile, season, readiness, pain, and workload context
- process daily check-ins and adjust throwing stress or intensity
- ingest, store, and process biomechanics videos
- generate AI-assisted biomechanics reports and coaching feedback
- display drill instructions, recovery guidance, and exercise-library content
- manage throw reminders, notifications, and scheduling behavior
- operate leaderboards and related ranking features
- provide customer support and respond to feedback
- protect the safety, integrity, and security of the Service
- detect, prevent, investigate, or remediate fraud, abuse, misuse, or technical issues
- enforce our terms and policies
- comply with legal obligations
- improve, debug, maintain, and develop the Service
- create aggregated or de-identified analytics, insights, and product-improvement materials where permitted by law
6. AI and Automated Processing
Pitch AI uses AI-assisted processing for certain biomechanics analysis features.
When you submit biomechanics video for analysis:
- your selected video and related metadata may be transmitted to our AI-processing provider
- we may send relevant athlete context, onboarding context, and recent readiness information to improve the quality and safety framing of the analysis
- the AI system generates structured analysis, coaching language, cues, and drill recommendations
- where technically feasible, temporary AI-processing files are deleted after processing
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, incorrect, or not appropriate for your specific medical or training circumstances. AI output should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, clearance, or a guarantee of performance outcomes.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on where you live, our legal bases for processing may include:
- performance of a contract, such as when we provide the Service you request
- legitimate interests, such as securing, maintaining, improving, and supporting the Service
- consent, such as where you voluntarily upload video, enable notifications, or provide optional information
- compliance with legal obligations
- protection of vital interests where appropriate
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits and subject to our ability to continue operating the requested feature.
8. When We Share Information
We may disclose personal information:
A. To Service Providers and Infrastructure Partners
We use service providers to help us operate the Service, including providers for:
- cloud hosting
- database management
- authentication
- secure file storage
- push notifications
- customer communications
- AI-assisted video analysis
- platform subscription management
Based on our current implementation, these may include providers such as Supabase, Google Gemini or related Google AI services, Apple, and Resend, together with other vendors we may use from time to time to operate the Service.
B. To Platform Operators
We may share or receive information with and from Apple, and in the future Google or other platform operators, where necessary to distribute the app, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, deliver notifications, or comply with platform requirements.
C. For Leaderboards and Shared Features
If you participate in leaderboard-related features, certain performance and profile information may be displayed to other authenticated users, such as:
- display name
- drill title
- best logged velocity
- overall rank
- filtered comparison information such as age or playing-level grouping
D. For Legal, Safety, and Enforcement Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe doing so is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Global Dominance, our users, or others
- detect, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- enforce our agreements and policies
E. Corporate Transactions
We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety, and maintain appropriate business records.
Retention periods may vary by data type. For example:
- account and profile records may be retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter
- training, readiness, and program data may be retained while needed to provide history, progression logic, and support
- support communications may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the issue, maintain records, or comply with law
- videos and biomechanics analysis may be retained until deleted by the user, removed under our retention rules, or deleted in connection with account deletion, subject to backup and legal retention windows
- de-identified or aggregated information may be retained for longer where permitted by law
10. Account Deletion and Your Choices
The Service currently provides in-app controls to sign out and to request deletion of your account.
If you delete your account, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information associated with your account, subject to:
- legal retention requirements
- fraud-prevention and security needs
- backup and disaster-recovery systems
- limited operational records needed to document deletion or comply with law
You may also contact support@pitch-ai.app to request help with access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions.
You can also control certain app behaviors through settings, including push notifications and certain reminder preferences.
11. State, National, and Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or retain
- access a copy of certain personal information
- correct inaccurate personal information
- delete personal information
- object to or restrict certain processing
- withdraw consent where applicable
- data portability, where applicable
- appeal certain privacy decisions, where required by law
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights under applicable state privacy laws. Residents of the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions may have rights under GDPR or similar laws.

12. Sensitive Information
Some information processed by Pitch AI, such as wellness, pain, injury-history, screening, and biomechanics data, may be considered sensitive personal information in some jurisdictions. We process this information to provide the Service you request, to personalize training guidance, to improve safety, and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use such information to infer characteristics for third-party advertising.
13. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using the Service in a secure manner.
14. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your place of residence. Where required by law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
15. Children's and Minor Users' Privacy
Pitch AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, contact support@pitch-ai.app.
If you are a minor above that age threshold but below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service may rely on third-party services or contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
