What will my pitching report include?
Review the overall assessment, supported phase findings, observed events, priorities and drills, a mechanics map, and capture limitations. Only observations supported by the uploaded footage appear; unclear clips may not support findings.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Verify your email for one free analysis, then download your PDF. Your email is stored as a lead, separate from Pitch AI accounts.
Which camera angles should I record?
Open Side is required. Behind and Closed Side are optional. Keep the full body visible, use a steady camera and good lighting, and record one delivery in each clip.
Can I use this for my team?
You can review an adult pitcher's video with their permission. The free offer is one analysis per verified email, subject to device, network and capacity limits. Coach View adds team management and individualized programming.
Can I download or share my report?
Yes. Your PDF includes the report and links to individualized programming for yourself or your team. Save it within seven days and share it only with people you choose.

Submitting an email does not create a Pitch AI account. We store the submitted address in a private mechanics-analysis leads database, and record whether it was verified, when you consented, your analysis status, and PDF download requests. Verification email is transactional; this does not subscribe you to marketing.
For eligibility, security, and campaign analytics, we record your IP address, approximate country/region/city and time zone when available, browser/device type, operating system, user-agent, and an essential browser identifier. Location is estimated from your IP address, not GPS; device information may be inaccurate. We also retain keyed email, network, browser, and exact-video hashes to resist repeat claims. These are pseudonymous identifiers, not anonymous data.
Unverified email contact details expire after seven days; verified email contact details expire one year after verification. Raw IP, location, and user-agent details expire 30 days after the last submission. Short-lived verification challenges and rate counters are cleaned automatically. Used email, browser, and video hashes remain for the duration of this campaign to enforce the free-offer limit. Hosting, email and security services may maintain their own operational logs.
Your uploads are private. A media processor extracts verified frames, and selected frames are sent to an AI service for your report. We request deletion of the original videos after processing. Abandoned uploads are scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours; allow an additional cleanup interval. Reports remain available for seven days before removal from the live application. Infrastructure backups and processor retention may follow separate policies.
