Account and data deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your Pitch AI account (the Pitch AI app on Android, iOS, and the web, operated by Global Dominance LLC) and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to athlete, parent/guardian, and coach accounts.

1. Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open Pitch AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy (section "Data and Controls").
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and tap Delete Account again.

Deletion starts immediately. You will be signed out on that device, and the account can no longer be used to sign in on any platform.

Coach organization owners: an account that owns a Coach View organization cannot be deleted in the app until the organization is transferred or closed. Contact support@pitch-ai.app first; we will transfer or close the organization and then you can delete the account.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, or you prefer to make the request in writing, email support@pitch-ai.app with the subject line "Delete my Pitch AI account" from the email address registered to the account. Include:

• the email address used to sign in (and, if applicable, whether you signed in with Google or Apple);
• the athlete display name shown in the app (optional, helps us verify);
• whether you want the whole account deleted, or only specific data (see section 4).

We may ask you to confirm the request from the registered email address or to verify your identity before acting on it. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

A parent or legal guardian may request deletion of a minor athlete's account or data on the athlete's behalf using the same address.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted we delete or de-identify the information associated with it, including:

• account and sign-in information (email address, credentials, session tokens);
• athlete profile and onboarding intake (name, age or date of birth, height, weight, dominant arm, playing level, goals, injury history, throwing history);
• training programs, throwing and strength logs, readiness and wellness check-ins, outside-workload entries, notes, and streaks;
• nutrition diary, body-weight entries, nutrition plans, and saved foods;
• uploaded delivery videos, media assets, and biomechanics analysis reports;
• pitch metrics, pitch design sessions, and custom grips;
• team memberships, sharing consents, and guardian consent records tied to the account;
• reminder and notification preferences.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data may persist for a limited time in encrypted backups and is removed as those backups roll off.

4. What may be kept, and for how long

As described in our Privacy Policy (section 11), we may retain limited information after deletion where required or permitted by law, for example:

• purchase and subscription records needed for accounting, tax, refund, and fraud-prevention obligations (Google Play, Apple, and Stripe also keep their own transaction records under their policies);
• a minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed;
• de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer be linked to you;
• information we must keep to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Coach View data: if you were on a coach's roster, the coach's organization loses access to your data immediately when you leave the team, revoke consent, or delete your account. Programs and notes the coach authored for their own organization remain with the coach.

5. Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual items inside the app at any time:

• Biomechanics reports and videos: Pitch AI tab → Saved Reports → select and delete.
• Food and weight entries: Fuel tab → open the entry → delete.
• Training logs and notes: open the session or check-in and edit or clear it.
• AI processing consent: Settings → Privacy → turn off AI Video Review Consent. New AI features stop until you turn it on again.
• Coach access: Settings → Teams → leave the team or revoke sharing.

For anything not covered above, email support@pitch-ai.app and describe the data you want removed.

6. Cancel your subscription first

• Google Play: open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (or Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), choose Pitch AI, and tap Cancel subscription.
• Apple App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pitch AI → Cancel.
• Website (Stripe): sign in at pitch-ai.app/app → Account → Manage subscription, or email support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Deleting your account does not refund the remaining period.
